 I understand and agree once I Sign Up in participating in any online Live Dance Battles, workshops  organised by Ground Zero Live Battles there is a possibility of physical injury. We ask that you ensure you warm up wear correct footwear and ensure the dancing area which you will be using as the space to battle is SAFE and clear of any obstacle to ensure you avoid any injuries. 

 

 I voluntarily as a Parent and Legal Guardian agree to sign up my child or myself therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to my child or me during any of Ground Zero Live Online Battles. I also exempt, release  and indemnify Ground Zero Live Battles, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employers, guest artists/teachers/Judges/choreographer, and/or students from any liability claims demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damages, loss, injury , or death to me/ my children, or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any Online Live Battles or any other activity hosted and conducted by Ground Zero Live Battles.
